This one will blow your mind. We tried on halibut the other day and it was a huge success.

Chicken Satay Marinade
Equipment
- CuisinArt Blender
Ingredients
- 1 TBS 1 TBS ground black pepper
- 1 TBS Ground cumin
- 1 TBS Coriander
- 1/4 cup Curry powder
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 3/4 cup Fresh ginger
- 3/4 cup Lemon grass minced
- 4 Limes zested
- 1/2 cup Fish sauce
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- Juice of 4 limes
- 1/2 cup Peanut oil
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a CuisinArt and blend. Marinate meet (beef, chicken or pork) for at least an hour. They will also keep marinated in plastic zip locks in the fridge for up to a week.
- You can grill or bake these. If baking just line a cookie sheet with tinfoil for easy clean up.
- Serve with a cucumber dip if you wish.
