Really great for any meat or halibut

Chicken Satay Marinade


This one will blow your mind. We tried on halibut the other day and it was a huge success.

Chicken Satay Marinade


  • CuisinArt Blender


  • 1 TBS 1 TBS ground black pepper
  • 1 TBS Ground cumin
  • 1 TBS Coriander
  • 1/4 cup Curry powder
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 3/4 cup Fresh ginger
  • 3/4 cup Lemon grass minced
  • 4 Limes zested
  • 1/2 cup Fish sauce
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • Juice of 4 limes
  • 1/2 cup Peanut oil


  • Put all ingredients in a CuisinArt and blend. Marinate meet (beef, chicken or pork) for at least an hour. They will also keep marinated in plastic zip locks in the fridge for up to a week.
  • You can grill or bake these. If baking just line a cookie sheet with tinfoil for easy clean up.
  • Serve with a cucumber dip if you wish.
