Really great for any meat or halibut

Chicken Satay Marinade


This one will blow your mind. We tried on halibut the other day and it was a huge success.

Enjoy and happy eating!


  • 1 TBS ground black pepper
  • 1 TBS ground cumin
  • 1 TBS coriander
  • ¼ cup curry powder
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • ¾ cup fresh ginger
  • ¾ cup lemon grass minced
  • 4 limes zested
  • ½ cup fish sauce
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • juice of 4 limes
  • ½ cup peanut oil

Put all ingredients in a CuisinArt and blend. Marinate meet (beef, chicken or pork) for at least an hour. They will also keep marinated in plastic zip locks in the fridge for up to a week.

You can grill or bake these. If baking just line a cookie sheet with tinfoil for easy clean up.

Serve with a cucumber dip if you wish.
